"I recently had an insurance claim that got completely screwed up after I got the check and cashed it. Confusion between my local bank and State Farms bank turned into me having to give the claim check back to my bank and left my family without the money to replace our car. Luckily we hadn’t spent the money yet. After spending hours at the bank and on the phone trying to get answers that no one could give me I went to Steve Franks office hoping to get answers. Steve himself introduced me to Jane. She was diligent and absolutely amazing at helping try to get me the answers we deserved. And all though we never got a solid answer as to what actually happened Jane was able to help find the right contacts and help get the problem resolved. I really hope my family doesn’t have to go through so like this again, but if we ever have to make another claim we will have comfort knowing how knowledgeable and persistent Jane is at making sure customers are taken care of.
