"Every time I call Steve Franks' Agency I'm impressed with the excellent customer service I receive. Today it was from Payje. She was friendly, courteous, receptive, and paid attention to what I needed. She quickly resolved one issue and promised to call back with answers to my other questions. I have no doubt she will deliver based on her positive attitude and responsiveness already. Another 5 stars for this employee! I've been with State Farm since I was 16 and with Steve Franks Agency for close to 30 years. Steve and his staff are always extremely helpful and responsive. Most recently, Steve and Evan both helped me with questions I had about some additional coverage and Evan was expeditious to get my binder so I could get things done. Everybody in Steve's office is kind and courteous..definitely 5 stars for customer service!"
