"Ive been a customer with steve franks since 2013, i didnt mind making payment for what i had. But honestly for the last 2-3 years ive been having so many issues. Latest, i logged into the app found a payment needs to be paid. And i made that payment, my balance was $0. Than i logged into again 5 days later and my usual payment is almost double. I called they keep telling me its for previous months. And this has been happening very often, i dont want to mention names. But two of the workers there are no good. Dont want to look into my issues just confirm whats happening, not looking deeper to figure it out. So i will make this last payment but definitely pulling out of steve franks from all my policies . The agency was good. But no more"
