"Went to get my policy turns out they put the wrong dates so an ammendment had to be done turns out said ammendment cost me almost 200 bucks more a month now and was given NO WARNING NO PHONE CALL THEY JUST DID IT. I'm amazed that my policy went from 455 bucks to 625 in just 3 short months. Was not asked when I signed up for the policy if I had minor children turns out 4 months later it's a problem because they have Medicade, lastly was never aware that because I live with my parents they'd have to show proof of their own car ins. I feel scammed, ripped off and miss led. I will be switching to the other state farm here in town maybe they are more informed and professional. Gabe needs more training and needs to be better informative towards his customers. Even the lady who I met with to get my policy going was surprised at how little information I was given and also HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR OUR IN PERSON MEET SHE DID IT ALL AND INFORMED HIM OF HIS MISTEAK AND WHEN I ASKED IF SHE COULD FIX IT SHE SAYS ITS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE. WHAT A JOKE MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN."

Evan then took the time to call me back about a week or so later to see what might want to do. I asked if we could sit down in person to go over it again to make sure I totally understood Everything. I had been a customer to State Farm for numerous years, I was considering adding my son to my policy and wanted a quote, I was informed the only way they could do it is to just add him. So I gave his info, a week or so went by, I received a phone call from my agent questioning if I was aware my son's license was suspended? Of course, duh, why the heck would I try to add him if I knew that? So they tell me to come in sign a document to exclude him, of course I do. Thinking everything was back to my original policy. A month or so goes by, I get transferred for work, relocate out of state, go to transfer coverage, and unbenounced to me I have no coverage. What!!!!?!!!! Needless to say, but I will, I was furious. I couldn't believe it, why was I not notified. They called me on matters before, but not this? Seriously,!!!? I went through an extremely trying time dealing with this matter. I will NEVER ever do any business again with State Farm."
